The largest study of its kind across 33 countries, 300,000 people and 1,500 brands measuring the contribution a brand makes to our quality of life and well-being conducted by Havas. Top line, 60% of brands are failing to deliver. A salutary statistic for all people in the business of brands and not good news for much of our audience. We needed to communicate that making brands more meaningful and connecting them better to customers reaps real and tangible rewards, outperforming the stock exchange by 206%.
